Scheduling an appointment
Jobs are booked on a first come first serve bases. If you are set on a particular day, be sure to call well in advance to assure availability. We generally have two start times, one at 9:00 am and the other between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. The exact arrival time of an afternoon appointment is based on the completion of our

| morning job. If you have time constraints you should schedule a morning appointment to ensure our timely arrival. |

Insurance Options
Your items are protected during transport by our cargo insurance. However, there are three types of insurance options you may choose from that protect your items while we are handling them. |

Basic Value Protection: Free of charge, compensation is $0.60 per pound for a damaged item.
Depreciated Value Protection: Offers compensation up to the determined value of the item. Items depreciate at a rate of 10% per year. This type of insurance costs $1.50 per $100.00 of value of the entire shipment.
Replacement Value Protection: Allows full compensation of the retail price regardless of when it was purchased. This type of insurance costs $3.50 per $100.00 of value of the entire shipment. |
